- Take the settlement process step by step. We’ll guide you through the process, and keep communication open with you to make sure things stay running smoothly. Each step of the way, you’ll be updated.
- Ask questions early and often! Feeling overwhelmed is normal and there is always a solution to your questions, even if a question may feel silly to ask, we’re happy to help. We’ve heard all kinds of questions, so please don’t feel that your question is too small or too big for us to handle. We’ve got your back.
- Take a breath and don’t try to understand everything right away. Some parts in your settlement journey may require discussions, and we’re always happy to help break things down.
